5 -a flag implementation not consistent with -s flag was created in XSBS

    the -a flag is not consistent with the -s flag in that it requires a trailing '/' (slash) when specifying the config directory whereas the pyscripts does does.
4 support specifying the server-init.cfg file as an argument was created in XSBS

    To support multiple servers running against the same source base, being able to specify the server-init.cfg file to be read from would be super-handy.
