The Accuracy always stays 0

Make some shots and check the accuracy with #stats

clientinfo::state.shots is always set to 0. This shouldn't happen.
I'm going to go ahead and guess we're missing a commit that sets it.

I removed the old accuracy calculation code when resolving differences.
