DBus interface

It would be nice to have control of the server through a dbus interface too.
This should allow any process owned by the same user on the same computer to talk to xsbs and give it various commands. Example: I made hyperwulf communicate with the MH frogmod servers though irc commands, this of course leads to a lag of about 1 second between a command to hyperwulf and till the server gets that command; a dbus command would be much more reliable and faster, not to mention less complex.
The only downside is that dbus is not as well supported on Windows and OSX, so only Linux would be in gain on this feature.

Ill leave this as a pie in the sky feature, but the non-portability kills this being a priority.
