Add a shared "let me in pass" to connect to full servers

As far as I know, the only way to connect to a full server is
/connect <server> <adminpass>.
To enable a group of people (e.g. a clan) to connect to a full
server without spreading the adminpass, there should be a "let me
in pass" to use /connect <server> <letmeinpass> to
connect even if the server is full.

it is added. now any user can connect like "/connect serverip [port] pass" and they will be logged in. if they are master or admin then the can connect to full or private servers
