structure the groups right

Example structure:

  • Serveradmin (has admin over everybody)
    • Servermaster (has admin over everybody)
      • [EX]Leader (has master over the people in his clan)
        • [EX]Member (has only user and can be kicked by [EX]Leader, Servermaster, and Serveradmin NOT by [FOO]Leader)

      • [FOO]Leader (has master over the people in his clan)

        • [FOO]Member (has only user and can be kicked by [FOO]Leader, Servermaster, and Serveradmin NOT by [EX]Leader)

      • Serveruser [EX]Member (has only user and can be kicked by Servermaster and Serveradmin NOT by [FOO]Leader and [EX]Leader)

this would also mean adding somebody to the group master is the same is giving them giving them master with #userpriv
