Confirmation MSG for #PM command

when a user issues the: #pm $cn $message command, there should be a confirmation message, with a .conf file to configure it.
example:
User types "#pm 4 hey" and gets the return "Private Message Sent"
add a configure part to pm.conf, something like:
private_message_confirmation = "${green}Private Message Sent"
