XSBS instalation help!

Hey,
I tried to download XSBS today but i've reached a problem. Each
time i open the XSBS.bat file the window comes up then immediately
closes again. I believe i have downloaded and installed Python 2.6,
Twisted and Zlib correctly. I am using Windows 7 64-bit. Any
help/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this
is a stupid request, i don't know too much about computers. :)
